Planet Hire brings more than 20 years of hire industry experience to the supply of temporary equipment and facilities for events across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Our focus is on the infrastructure behind an event. From temporary fencing and crowd control barriers to portable toilets, handwashing facilities and ground protection, we supply equipment that supports site operations, pedestrian management and sanitation requirements.
Rather than event styling, entertainment or decorative hire, Planet Hire specialises in the equipment needed to establish and manage functional event spaces.

Planet Hire is a family-owned business and sister company to Easy Site Hire, building on more than 20 years of experience in temporary equipment hire.
Easy Site Hire established its background in temporary fencing, construction site equipment, crowd control barriers and portable sanitation facilities. Planet Hire applies that industry knowledge to a dedicated event equipment hire service.
Our focus is different from traditional party and entertainment hire. We specialise in temporary infrastructure for site management, pedestrian control, sanitation, ground access and other operational requirements.
Our equipment supports festivals, concerts, sporting events, corporate functions and community gatherings where clearly defined site boundaries, suitable amenities and organised access are essential.
From portable toilets and temporary fencing to track mats, water filled barriers and concrete block weights, each product serves a specific purpose within an event’s site plan.
